Service Description

Punctures will only be repaired if deemed safe and legal under QLD TMR regulations. - Repairs will not be carried out on tyres that are: - Beyond the legal wear limit or with insufficient tread depth. - Aged or showing signs of deterioration. Damaged in a way that compromises safety (e.g., sidewall damage). Our team will assess your tyre’s condition and advise on the best course of action to ensure your safety. How Do We Repair a Puncture? We follow the Australian Standard for puncture repairs. To ensure a proper repair, the tyre must be removed from the rim. This allows for a thorough inspection of the internal components of the tyre and ensures that the repair plug bonds properly with the tyre casing, making it airtight. A typical puncture repair takes 30-45 minutes. The process includes: - Removing the tyre from the rim. - Inspecting the internal components of the tyre. - Assessing and repairing the puncture. - Refitting the tyre to the rim and balancing it on the wheel. - Fitting the repaired tyre to your vehicle and returning your spare to storage. Important Note on Run Flat Tyres: Some Run Flat Tyres are deemed non-repairable by the tyre manufacturer. Please check with us regarding specific manufacturer recommendations for your tyres.
